Did you know that daily gratitudes can make you happier?
Create a monthly or weekly chart where you can jot down things that you're thankful for each day. My husband and I write one sentence every night. It's usually something as simple as a sunny walk with our dogs or having a refrigerator with food in it.
The point is, you're looking back on your day and finding something positive. You're training yourself to appreciate the things you have, rather than dwell on the things you don't. I don't know about you, but I frequently need this reminder!
