Weekly Spreads

Along with my morning coffee, my work week entries keep me on track by prioritizing my short term goals so I can make each day successful.




Every day is different, so my weekly spread evolves with it. Some days, I need a little doodle time in the morning until I wake up. Other days, I'm just jotting checklists down to save time.


My work week is usually Friday to Tuesday. This is why I love my bullet journal. I can map out my five day schedule any way I need and record everything I might want in my records for later.




Each day that I fill in, I map out goals or trackers to record my work, earnings, water intake, exercise, sleep, etc. Some weeks my goals focus more on physical or mental health and others, they look more like a business plan.




Do whatever satisfies you each morning and will keep you on track during the week!
