Guys, there are 2 kinds of people in this world: Those who hate Valentine's Day and those who love it.
I have sweet memories of my mom helping us kids decorate treats for our grade school class. We would make our own valentines to hand out at school and send to our family in other states. My mom would cook her family a special dinner on the 14th with pink smoothies, heart shaped pizzas, red Jello, etc.
She always made the day special for everyone she loved. It wasn't a day for her and my dad to go on a romantic date, it was a day for the whole family to show how much they love and respect each other's company.
I'm definitely the latter of the two. 😍
